BE SMOKE FREE
Smoking is associated with many adverse health conditions and can increase your chance of developing a serious or life-threatening medical condition. Nicotine is a very addictive drug and can be hard to give up but the health benefits can be enormous if you can quit smoking. The benefits from becoming an ex-smoker start within hours of quitting. Speak to your healthcare practitioner if you would like help to stop smoking.
